énergie Fitness Kiln Farm

énergie Fitness at Kiln Farm has moved online! With the COVID-19 situation stopping us from being in the gym, we're bringing the gym to you! The demand for classes continues to grow as our members and people across Milton Keynes look to stay active, have fun and continue to be connected. Sure, there is a vast amount of fitness content out there to choose from but not everyone knows where to start so we've compiled our own amazing timetable with no less than 35 classes a week including all of your favourites - Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Be Military Fit bootcamps, live HIIT, Shadow Box, Core and body weight circuit sessions. As well as all this live content, we also deliver a constant stream of pre-recorded content too - and this is from our local business and local team. Plus, it's not just about fitness. We deliver socials - coffee mornings and weekend socials, a live and engaged community group of members who are supporting each other, talks on important topics and an experience not to dissimilar to what you'll experience with us when we return to our live Club at Kiln Farm. If you're looking for a place where you can belong, get in touch via the details on the website and we'll provide you with a 5 day free consecutive pass.

Keeping Kids of the Streets

We promote the emotional wellbeing benefits of youth involvement in sports activities and citizenship programmes such as helping the homeless, through community cohesion. Keeping Kids Off The Streets is a non-profit community organisation that raises awareness and funds to reopen youth clubs with the help of local businesses. Our goal is to create a self-sustainable platform, opening free workshops and training programmes designed to empower and create transferable skills for all youngsters, helping them to thrive, contribute and have a sense of belonging.
