‘MyCinema’ returns for Spooky Screenings this half termStuart | YLF
After the success of MyCinema, in the very heart of Central Milton Keynes last year, MyMiltonKeynes in partnership with and funded by Milton Keynes Council are bringing it backthis October half term with a week of ‘Spooky Screenings’ – but this time it’s a “drive-in” cinema experience.
From 26th October to 1st November, the car park next to The Point will be transformed into a drive-in cinema showing 12 classic Halloween-themed films, with movies suitable for all different ages. You’ll enjoy the show from the comfort of your own car, with space for 96 cars and a huge screen to watch your favourite film on.
Tickets cost just £5 per car, with a maximum of six people per car. 100% of ticket sales will be donated to MK FoodBank, who are currently delivering 1,200 food parcels a week to families around Milton Keynes.
Films include Beetlejuice, Edwards Scissorhands, Goosebumps, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Exorcist, The Addams Family, Scream and more.
And if you dress to impress on 31st October you could winprizes, as the most ghoulishly dressed cars and travellers will win £50 gift vouchers – so get creative with your costumes!
